Create a new Submittal

Details

1. Go to Submittals
2. Click on New Submittal
3. Enter a name for your submittal and click Save
4. If you wish to assign the Drillcart to a project, click Edit in the Project section and select a project from the dropdown. Then click Save
5. If you wish to add notes, click Edit on the Notes section and type in the notes. Once you’ve finished, click Save

Products

1. Search for the products by code in the Product Code column, or by name in the Product column. Select the product you want from the dropdown.
2. Continue until you have built your complete list.
3. Click the bin icon to delete a line.

Note
Alternatively, you can add items to a new or existing Submittal by browsing the site and adding products, or from Quick Create.

Once you have added the products you wish, you can:

• Export the submittal to a pdf file. 
• Email it to yourself and/or someone else.
• Convert it to an order, quote or Drillcart
• Archive or delete it.
