1. CREATE YOUR USER ACCOUNT
Does your company have a credit account with Drillcut?

To create a Drillcut 360 user account, go to drillcut.au/signup Enter your details, your 4 digit Drillcut customer account number, and login details on the Existing Customer tab.
New User
If you are the first user to register for your company, your request will be sent to our team for verification before your account is activated (This usually only takes a few minutes) and you will be the account admin.
The account ownership can be changed later.
Additional User
If your company is already set up in Drillcut 360, your account link request will be sent to the account administrator for approval. You will be notified once they have approved your request.
To create a Drillcut 360 user account, go to drillcut.au/signup. Enter your personal details, and your company & sign in details on the New Customer tab. Happy shopping!
2. SET UP YOUR USERS
Add New Users
To add new users to your account, go to User Management in your Drillcut 360 portal.
Then click on New User.
Complete the fields
- Username – this can be an email address or any other username you wish to use
- User Permission – select the role of the user
Admin – Administrator role with full permissions
Site Manager – This role is for project managers, site managers, foremen, etc. They have access to all of the operational features, but not to financial information, Drillclub points or company management
Site Manager – Requires Order Approval – This role is for project managers, site managers, foremen, etc in businesses who require orders to be approved by procurement before being placed. They have access to all of the operational features, but not to financial information, Drillclub points or company management
Tradie – This role is for all of your team who know what they need, but don’t have the authority to order. Their orders will be processed as requisition orders and require approval before being placed. Note: this role allows these users to see pricing. If you prefer to hide the pricing, use the Tradie – No Pricing role
Tradie – No Pricing – This role is for all of your team who know what they need, but don’t have the authority to order. Their orders will be processed as requisition orders and require approval before being placed.
Purchasing – This role is optimised for your procurement team
Accounts – This role is optimised for your accounts payable or finance team - Personal Details
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Assigned Branches – the company accounts the user is permitted to order for
- Assigned Projects – the projects the user is permitted to order for
The user will receive an email invitation.
Approve User Requests
The account admin will need to approve any users who create a user account themselves before they can log in.
To do this, go to User Management in your Drillcut 360 portal.
Then click on the Inactive tab and click the orange Activate button. The user will receive an email confirmation that their account has been activated.
3. SET UP PROJECTS
Projects give you the ability to manage and track your projects in one place.

- Order & Invoice History
- Product History & VOC reporting

1. From your 360 portal, click on Projects in the Lists section
2. Click on New Project
3. Enter your project details
Project Name is your reference name for the project. This can be the name of the building, such as “Australia 108”, or something else to help you easily identify it.
Branch is the account you want this project linked to (If applicable)
Job Number is your job reference and will be used on all orders placed for this project.
PO Number is your blanket purchase order number for the project and will be used on all orders placed for this project. (If applicable)
Project Address is the delivery address for the project
Delivery Notes lets you save notes to go on all orders for the duration of the project. This can be map references, delivery requirements, etc. From here you can also check the Call before delivery checkbox.
Notes is a place for you to put in notes for your own reference
Google Maps Reference lets you save the Google Maps latitude and longtitude to go on all orders for the duration of the project. Click here for help to get your coordinates in Google Maps
Once you have entered all appropriate fields, click Save Details
