  • Do you sell to the public?

    No, we are strictly trade only.

  • How do I open a trade account?

    It’s easy! Simply fill out the online credit application

  • What payment terms do you offer?

    Our trade account payment terms are 30 days from the end of the invoice month.

  • How long will it take for my account to be opened?

    Your account is usually opened within 24 hours. Give us a call on 1800 374 552 or email ar@drillcut.com.au if you have any questions.

  • I’m having cash flow challenges and need extra time to pay my account, can you help?

    We believe business is about partnerships. We can usually work with you and come to an agreement to help you out of a spot. This will be dependent on various factors including your previous payment history.

  • How do I check my account balance?

    To check your account balance, go to the Invoices & Credits page in your 360 portal
