Yes, we hold most of our products in stock. The items we don’t hold in stock are either manufactured to order, or in stock at our local supplier.

All of our products are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
If products are deemed faulty following inspection and confirmation by either Drillcut, the manufacturer, or the manufacturer’s agent, Drillcut will at its sole discretion either repair or replace the product/s free of charge or provide a full refund.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
Drillcut accepts no liability whatsoever for damage, injury or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, misuse, negligence, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, repair or installation by non-licensed persons of the product/s.
Our warranties are conditional on the product’s being installed by a tradesperson licenced to carry out the work.
